Simon brings nearly 30 years of experience across AI, cloud, distributed systems, and large-scale digital transformation.
He spent over 25 years at IBM, helping national-level clients and global organizations integrate emerging technologies long before AI transformation became a boardroom topic.
In 2021, Simon joined Microsoft, where he became a Principal AI Global Black Belt, one of the company’s most senior and trusted AI leaders. In that role, he didn’t just follow the GenAI wave, he helped define it.
He enabled thousands of architects, engineers, and executives worldwide, created globally adopted reference architectures, and became Microsoft’s expert for multi-agent systems, AI orchestration, and enterprise-scale generative AI.
His work helped create what is now Azure Document Understanding. Simon’s open-source frameworks are still used globally by teams learning how to build production grade multi-agent systems.
