We are a small veteran owned business that wishes to grow into a household name among our neighbors. Located in Kaleva MI, our service is top notch and will always remain so. We stay ahead of our competition by staying up to date with the latest technology in the HVAC industry and by standing directly behind everything we do. Heat and hot water in northern Michigan is an absolute must and we are always looking for better ways to deliver quality results as quickly as possible. Pricing/additional fees and other important info:

Pricing on repairs and new equipment can vary greatly depending on type of equipment, location of equipment, and the pricing/availability of parts.

Because of this, it is impossible to provide exact pricing for services. However, I have listed typical pricing based on normal circumstances:

Service Fee: $100 includes dispatch and a simple diagnostic

Hard Diagnostic: $100 this charge would be for a more complex problem such as intermittent issues, advanced refrigeration problems etc. and is not applicable on most calls.

System Maintenance: $100-200 This is a REAL system maintenance (not a quick look around and some light cleaning like the other guys do). We clean, flush, calibrate, and test everything on your system top to bottom. Standard equipment is maintained for $100. 

Simple Repairs: $100-300  (ignitor replacement, capacitor replacement, condensate issues, minor wiring problems, burner repairs, most thermostats, etc.)

Medium Repairs: $300-800 (Motor replacement, fan blades/wheels, most control boards, electrical parts/solenoids, pumps, etc.)

Major Repairs: $800-2000 (Heat exchanger replacement, compressors, leak repair and refrigerant recharge, higher end control board replacements for equipment such as inverter systems, major electrical/duct/piping repair, etc.)
