MVP: Nikola Jokic

The 2020-21 NBA season has been one of the most exciting, electric and ecstatic seasons in recent years. The MVP race has been very intense and will come down to the last couple of games for players to prove that they should win it. Some of the candidates will be back-to-back MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, Stephen Curry and Joel Embiid.

My pick for MVP will be Nikola Jokic from the Denver Nuggets. He is one of the most skilled big men and is averaging triple doubles at 26.4 points, along with 11.1 rebounds and 8.8 assists. Contributing those numbers, he is also leading his team to be one of the top two teams in the Western Conference.

MVP: Giannis Antekokounmpo

Throughout the season there have been many outstanding players with some impressive performances. There are multiple candidates who have proved themselves this season. Some of those players are Stephen Curry, Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid. The one that stands out to me is two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Giannis has won the MVP award the past two years, and I have no doubt that he could be winning his third at the end of this season. Giannis is averaging 28 points per game, 11.2 rebounds per game and 5.9 assists per game. Giannis has been one of the top players in the league, and that is why I believe he will be this year's NBA MVP.
