When do I need to complete the training?

There is an expectation that all existing staff will undertake the Work Health and Safety and Equity and Inclusion in Employment modules prior to March 31st 2021 in addition to refreshing their Child Safety knowledge every 3 years through the new 1-hour module.

As an example

A staff member started the original (Child Safe X10) modules in 2018 will now be required to complete the Child Safety refresher by March 31st 2021, a member who started in 2019 will now be required to complete the refresher by March 2022 and so on. As the WHS and Equity and Inclusion modules are new all staff will need to complete those modules by March 31st 2021.

The easiest way to check when you need to refresh your Child Safety knowledge is to log in to your Canvas account click on the 'My Compliance Hub' dashboard card and check what you need to do and when it is due via the instructions below.
