This Privacy Policy describes how Catharsis LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Blockboom Adventures (the “App”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information stored on your device The App stores gameplay data locally on your device, such as: • high scores and progress • settings (for example sound, music, and haptics) • whether you purchased “Remove Ads”

This data stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear app data.

Purchases If you buy in-app products (such as Remove Ads), payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so the App can unlock the feature.

Advertising If ads are enabled, the App may show ads through Unity Ads and related advertising partners. These partners may collect device and advertising information (for example device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information) to deliver, measure, and improve ads. If you purchase Remove Ads, the App stops showing those ads.

Diagnostics / crash data Platform providers (Apple, Google) or Unity services may collect limited technical or crash information to help keep the App running.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email, or photos through the App.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to: • run and improve the App • save your progress and settings • process Restore Purchases / Remove Ads • show ads (unless removed) • fix bugs and maintain performance

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

We may share information with: • Apple and Google, for app distribution, payments, and platform services • Unity and advertising partners, for ads and related services (when ads are shown) • service providers who help us operate the App, only as needed for that purpose

We do not sell your personal information for money.

YOUR CHOICES

• Turn ads off by purchasing Remove Ads in the App (when available) • Limit ad tracking in your device settings (for example Personalized Ads / App Tracking controls) • Delete local App data by deleting the App or clearing app storage • Manage purchases through your Apple ID or Google account settings

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact caira@catharsisdevs.com and we will take appropriate steps.

DATA RETENTION

Local gameplay and settings remain on your device until you remove them. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their policies. Advertising partners retain data under their own policies.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our partners operate.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
