My name is Jesse Keitel, R.N., B.S., C.C.M. and I am the new President and CEO of Catalyst for Claims Inc. Along with Gail, we as independent nurse case managers, handle claims for the entire N.Y. Metro area (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx), Westchester, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island as well. I have been a registered nurse since 2011 and have been a case manager since 2015, obtaining my CCM certification in 2017. I have a background in med surg, pediatrics, OBGYN, and have an extensive background in orthopedics, neurology, discharge planning, and in rehabilitative medicine.

Jesse and Gail joined forces in 2015 and since then, together they have been serving the NY metro area by coordinating care for insurance carriers and their insured all while keeping costs low. Jesse and Gail are extremely goal oriented and are focused on getting injured worker’s back to work in the safest and fastest way possible. They are very enthusiastic and passionate about coordinating care across the medical spectrum. Jesse and Gail love working closely with various medical providers including doctors, vendors, and labs and are also very compassionate when it comes to acting as liaisons between those medical providers, employers, and the injured workers themselves, all while keeping costs low. This cost savings begins with hiring independent contractors since independent contractors will never be on your payroll, will never ask for sick time, will never ask for vacation time, and will never ask for health insurance benefits. You only pay a private contractor for the work they do tailored to your requests.

This will result in tremendous cost savings in case management expenses to your company. We do not mandate unnecessary visits; We will not let an adjuster wait weeks for a report. We will not be vague regarding my nursing assessments or recommendations. Hiring a small company ensures that adjusters will always have the same nurse case manager from the date of referral through the date of file closure and the adjusters will never be shuffled back and forth between different nurse case managers. We have always been fair with the adjusters we have worked for.
