Get the Classroom app
As a teacher or student, you can install the Classroom app on Android, Apple® iPhone and iPad, or Chrome OS mobile devices. The Classroom app isn’t available for Windows® mobile devices. Once you’ve downloaded the Classroom app, sign in and get started.
Note: To use all the features of Classroom on your mobile device, install Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. If you use a computer, you don’t need to install anything. Open a browser window and sign in to Classroom.
Install Classroom to your mobile device:
Android
To use Classroom on your Android device, download the Classroom app from Google Play.
On your device, tap Google Play Store.
Find and install the Google Classroom app.
iPhone and iPad
To use Classroom on your iPhone® or iPad®, download the Classroom app from the App Store.
On your device, tap App Store.
Find and install the Google Classroom app.
Chrome OS
The Classroom app for Chrome OS works like a bookmark to the web version of Classroom. You can download it from the Chrome Web Store.
Share content from a mobile device
You can share links, videos, images, and Google Drive items to Classroom from your mobile device.
Android
On the website or content you want to share, tap Share Classroom .
By default, the last active class is selected. To change the class, tap Next and select another class.
Tap Attach to assignment or New post.
To attach to an assignment, select the assignment, make any changes, and tap Submit.
To attach to a new post, add any information, and tap Post .

On the website or content you want to share, tap Share .
Swipe across the screen and tap Classroom .
