Dear Parents,
As part of our evaluation project for the 4th period, we are learning about how to take care of a plant, its parts, and some elements needed for photosynthesis. For this purpose, we are planting corn, which will allow us to observe its growth cycle.
The only support I will kindly ask from you at home is that on Monday, October 6, the kids brings to the classroom a flowerpot or a recycled container at least 15 centimeters tall, filled with some soil, since we will be transplanting our corn, which is currently in stage 2 (germination).
Please keep in mind that this will be our project, as we will not have a written exam for this period.
Thank you very much in advance for all your support at home.
Dear parents and students,
We are starting Period 4 with great enthusiasm. I am sharing with you the class presentation, where you will find the activities we work on each week in class.
Our first homework is to print and solve the following worksheet related to the Landforms we are learning in class this week.

Hello students and parents of grade 3,
We have started our 3rd. Period, and we are full of enthusiasm to learn new and exciting things in our Environment class. I’m sharing with you the presentation of the class lessons, which helps us stay up to date with the topics we are working on with the kids.
Dear parents,
The second period is about to end, and for this period in the Environment class, students will present a project. This project consists of completing a format similar to the one I am sharing as an example, you can make a copy of the format and just complete that one (open the formate access to your gmail account and then go to archivo and create a copy).
In the presentation, students will illustrate what they have learned in class using photos or images, and on the day of the project, they will present it in front of their classmates.
Presentations can be uploaded to the attached Drive folder, sent to my email, or brought to school on a USB flash drive.
If you have any questions, I’m here to help: fveliz@cas.edu.gt
Presentation date: Friday, May 23.
Queridos padres,

Dear students and parents,
To keep both students and parents informed about all class activities that have a grade on Thinkwave, I am sharing this document. I will update it each week with the class activities. Whenever there is an assignment, the instructions will also be added to the document, and I will indicate through this platform (Google Classroom) the slide number where the information can be found.
This will also allow that if a student misses any class, you can help them catch up at home so their grades are not affected. I kindly ask for your support with regular review and encouragement at home to help the students stay organized and make their best effort, as each of them is truly talented.
Thank your for your hard work!
