Self-Esteem Journal

When trying to raise a child's self-esteem, it is important that they have evidence of their worth. If they can regularly identify positive experiences, accomplishments, and acts of good character, their self-esteem will naturally improve. Students can use this journal page as a guide to collecting this evidence. Click the arrow in the top right corner to enlarge the image.

Self-Control

This activity helps students create a plan for the things they need to work on improving in his or her life. Organizing what they can and cannot control relieves pressure and reduces stress, and it allows students to be proactive in solving problems independently.
