Meets monthly, at each school, using a team problem solving approach
Any student, within any Tier, whose behavior cycle has not been successfully disrupted will be discussed with services ranging from consultation to case management

Involves: EC School Leads, Psychologists, EC Regional Coordinators, Behavior Specialists, APs, Principals, District Directors, Social Workers

Consequences lesser than ISS or OSS
Examples of: lunch detention, after school detention, time out, administrative conference, in class suspension, restriction during PE/Recess, removal of privileges like unsupervised hall transitions etc.
