What do I do if I need my Chromebook repaired?

  • Return their Chromebook back to your school during normal school hours. It is probably best to call the school and make sure that someone will be available to assist you before you do this. If available, another Chromebook will be assigned to you until your Chromebook is repaired.

Sign in to Clever to access your learning resources. Make sure to select the "Sign-in with Google" option and use your school account StudentID@student.carson.k12.nv.us

Password Reset Portals

Select an option and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you are have not registered yourself in the password reset portal or if you are an elementary school student you will need to ask your teacher for assistance with resetting your password. Please note that password reset portals are only available while connected to your school network.

  • Most software issues are resolved by rebooting. To reboot your Chromebook press the “Refresh” and “Power” buttons simultaneously.
