I am a staff astronomer at the Carnegie Institution for Science. My current research focuses on galaxy evolution, dark matter, and instrument development. My work is based on observations made with a range of ground- and spaced-based telescopes and utilizes a variety of techniques, such as gravitational lensing, stellar population synthesis, and Lyman-alpha tomography. Please see my Research page for more information.

I have mentored several graduate students based at UC Riverside and USC, as well as undergraduate students through CASSI. Please contact me if you are interested in research opportunities.
