Frequently asked questions

1. We have multiple families. Can we each order an 8th grade ad for our student?

Yes! There is no limit for how many ads are purchased per 8th grade student

2. How long do I have to place my order?

March 1st is the last day to place your order (checkout complete)

3. Can I place my order on March 2nd?

No, unfortunately on March 2nd all ad’s will be placed into the yearbook and sent to print

4. Can you design my ad for me?

No, sadly only the person logged into the account can design the ad. If you need help, however, we do find the 8th graders themselves to be pretty handy with technology, as well as the Herff Jones customer service line (contact info below).

5. If I start editing my ad and forget about it, can I still check out and get it into the yearbook after March 1st? I started designing it before the deadline.

Sadly, no. We only get the ads once they are complete, added to cart, and paid for.

6. Will the price for an ad go up over the school year?

No. The price of the yearbook does go up over the school year, but the price of the 8th grade ads remains at $35 until March 1st.

7. I have multiple children at CHMS. Can I order an ad for my 6th and 7th grader too?

             No, this honor is reserved for our graduates. We look forward to helping your other children feel special during their 8th grade year as well!
