I am an applied economist working at the intersection of education and labor economics. My research explores (i) how signals in higher education such as academic distinctions and institutional prestige affect early labor market outcomes; (ii) the determinants of socio-emotional skill gaps.
I am currently a Research Fellow at the University of Trento.
I will join the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) at the University of Essex as a Postdoctoral Researcher this summer.
I hold a PhD in Economics from the Collegio Carlo Alberto and the University of Turin. During my doctoral studies, I visited the Amsterdam School of Economics, where I was hosted by Giuseppe Sorrenti.
You can find my CV here.
