Crepe Recipe

Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 20 min. Total time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ cups of milk
    • 3 egg yolks
    • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 5 tablespoons melted butter


Topping Suggestions:

    • Provolone Cheese and Roast beef.
    • Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Roast beef, blue cheese sauce
    • Strawberries and bananas
    • Bananas and nutella
    • Salmon
    • Powdered Sugar


Instructions:

1. In a bowl mix together together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. If you would like, you can put more vanilla in depending on taste.

2. Mix in the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Blend it together until smooth.

3. Heat a medium sized pan or a crepe maker, and wait until it is hot.

4. Then put in some vegetable oil or cooking spray, and pour about ¼ of a cup of batter onto the pan. When the crepe looks hardened and has bubbles, flip it over with a butter knife or a spatula. Wait until the edges are golden and the crepe is no longer liquid looking to take it off the pan.

5. Repeat with the rest of the batter!

6. Add whatever toppings you want to your crepe or just eat it plain!
