5/1/20 Activities and Supplemental Materials

For today's At Home Activities, please have your child complete the following:

Literacy:

  • Fundations Lesson Video: Your child's teacher will be posting a Fundations lesson video to your child's SeeSaw account. Please make sure your child has a piece of paper and pencil with him/her prior to starting the video.

Math:

  • Flower Addition: To complete this activity, answer the equations then color the flower using the code at the top of the page. This activity will be posted in your child's SeeSaw account. It can also be accessed for printing via the link below. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q0IuB9pB8yOarE0Ehz_7hmF3eArUwRrw/view?usp=sharing
  • For extra practice and a fun family activity- consider playing Addition Top-It with someone at home. Use the number cards from the Husky Home Day packet, or a regular set of cards. If using regular playing cards, please remove the Aces, Kings, Queens and Jacks. Only use the number cards. To play addition top-it, place the shuffled cards between the players. Each player draws two cards. Add the two number cards together. The player with the largest sum gets to keep all of the cards. If there is a tie, each player with the tie takes another pair of cards to compare until one person has a larger sum.

Please note that you will need to scroll down to the April Let's Find Out section near the bottom of the page.
