An activity has been placed in the Activities section of the Seesaw account, entitled "May 18th-22nd FUN FITNESS MONTH-MAY." The activity will be used for both days your son/daughter has P.E. and is broken down to reflect what is expected each day.

Music - Mrs. Monke

The spaces of the music staff

For this lesson, you will need a few things:

-4 coins

(or small round objects; bingo chips work well too)

-the music staff

print out a copy from this link: drive.google.com/file/d/1_POXvOg4wdj9T_79RjNl5mekky2aMHwp/view?usp=sharing

If you can't print, you can draw a music staff on a piece of paper. Make sure to draw the lines far enough apart that a coin can fit in between.

-optional: a small toy vehicle (like a matchbox car)

Watch the video to learn how to create a song on the spaces of the music staff: app.seesaw.me/pages/shared_activity?share_token=fTYbc583Rea2-bERt6NmIQ&prompt_id=prompt.6e023d45-d752-4775-ad6f-cdd73043876a

Don't forget to send me a picture of your song, so I can play it on an instrument. I will make a recording and send it back to you, so you can hear what your song sounds like!

Please save your staff paper for the next assignment.

This assignment is also posted in Seesaw.
