Academic Award Ceremony

At this ceremony each year we acknowledge the outstanding results in the Junior Certificate, the Leaving Certificate (Established) and the Leaving Certificate Applied. This year we also presented the first Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement (JCPA) Awards to students who had completed the Junior Cert in 2017.

Guest Speakers at the ceremony have been

2016 Dr Sandra Dodson (GP and Past Pupil) and Dr Ronan Lynch (Co-ordinator of CFES, Trinity College Dublin)

2017 Mary Farrell (Former Teacher and Past Pupil) and Kathryn Crowley (retiring Principal of St Louise's)

This ceremony is an opportunity for us to acknowledge excellence across many areas of school life.

Attendance Awards - students who have missed between 0 and 2 days.

Sports Awards - Basketball Player of the Year Award, Soccer Player of the Year Award,

Academic Awards - Art Award, English Award, Best in Class Award
