The Office of the Registrar is the heart of academic services at Capiz State University (CAPSU) β Main Campus. Serving as the official record keeper of the institution, it ensures that every studentβs academic journey is properly documented, safeguarded, and recognized with integrity and professionalism.
With its mission rooted in accuracy, transparency, and efficiency, the office is responsible for managing and preserving vital student recordsβfrom admission to graduation. It provides essential services such as enrollment and registration, processing of grades, issuance of transcripts, certifications, diplomas, and student credentials.
