Full day base rate from JPY11,000 to JPY15,000/day
Expedition base rate from JPY22,000 to JPY34,500/day

20+ years old
Valid driver’s license
Current CPR & Wilderness First Aid
Clean criminal background record
Physically fit and confident in outdoor environments
Available for a minimum full summer season (April – October)
Calm under pressure and strong communicator
Team player with a growth mindset
Have a genuine passion for hiking and the outdoors
Comply with Child Protection policies
