At Canyons, a Canyoning Guide is more than a technical leader on rope and river — you are also an educator, role model and ambassador for the outdoors.
You will primarily lead half-day and full-day canyoning trips (Levels 1–3, with opportunities up to Level 6) across Minakami, Okutama, and Kiho. In addition, canyoning guides are actively involved in delivering our Outdoor Education programs, working with school groups and youth participants throughout the season.
This role blends technical guiding, group leadership and experiential education.
Your mission is to deliver world-class adventure experiences that are safe, inspiring and unforgettable — whether guiding guests through waterfalls or facilitating meaningful learning in the outdoors.
