"Claire and C & C K9  training have been absolutely wonderful for my dog Winter Bear! Winter is a 15-month-old Shiba Inu and can be a bit stubborn and wild - but Claire is the type of trainer that builds a unique and personal relationship with each and every dog instead of taking a one-size-fits all approach. She is patient, perceptive, extremely knowledgable, and non-judgmental. Winter attends Claire's daycare and training 1-2 times per week. She absolutely loves being with Claire and her little pack of animals. As soon as we arrive to Claire's block she eagerly runs toward her front door. I know that she gets to socialize, play, and learn whenever she is with Claire. Claire takes her on 1-2 mile walks, provides enrichment activities, allows for plenty of park time, works on specific commands with her, and has even done some basic agility training. I can already see so much improvement in my pup including her recall, her willingness to drop balls and toys immediately when I ask (even things she has stolen from other dogs), and her ability to sit and wait for a treat instead of jumping up! When I take Winter to Claire's daycare I know she is going to be cared for, mentally stimulated, get exercise, and have a safe and wonderful time. Claire builds trust with you and your pup, communicates clearly, and even sends pictures throughout the day if you want little updates. I highly recommend her daycare and training!"
