IP services include appointment as a resolution professional (RP)/ interim resolution professional (IRP) under corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP), Individual/ Personal Guarantor Insolvency Resolution Process (PGIRP) and also as liquidator, authorised representative and other consultation services under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of India and the SARFAESI Act.

IP Consultation includes support services to banks, financial institutions, home buyers, other creditors, individuals and businesses, on filing of CIRP/ PGIRP applications with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), as well as response to applications filed on corporate debtors/ personal guarantors arising on default in repayment of loan.
