Due to the many different needs that the CIHS scheduling team was tasked with addressing in our first quarter virtual schedule; Health Class will be a second semester focus. Our students' personal-wellness is still very much a focus for us, and much of this care will be given in our Morning Wellness Period. Information on this period can be found on our PE page within this IB Thrive website.

During our virtual learning period to begin the new school year, the health staff will be available throughout the school day for any of our students' or families' social-emotional learning (SEL) needs. To ensure we maintain an efficient level of care, we want to provide CIHS families with a way to communicate these needs to us at anytime. The form attached can be used to let us know you need to talk during the school day or after class hours. Once the form is submitted, information will be uploaded to a spreadsheet that only we have access to. From there a zoom meeting invite will be sent to you for the soonest available time.
