IAN FELIX ALQUIROS is a professional photographer, a licensed physical therapist, safety officer 2, and a freelance trainer for HIV Counseling and Testing Services of the Department of Health (DOH). He is the Founder & Executive Director of the Culture and Arts Managers of the Philippines (CAMP) Pag-ayo, Inc., a non-profit NGO advocating the use of the arts and health education in promoting positive messaging to reduce stigma and discrimination affecting the marginalized communities in the country. This 2023, under his leadership CAMP is now implementing multiple projects under the Global Fund, Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Loveyourself, Tropical Disease Foundation, and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.
