Class Jobs
Each advance student must apply and interview for a t least 2 class jobs. As an an advance student, your employability is 50% of your grade and is based on how well you perform your job/duties. Each student must meet the GA best standards and complete 2 modules every six weeks.
Everyone must fill at least 2 Position
Event Manager (2)
The Event Manger must be organized, posses public speaking skills, good communication, and time management. Must have a passion for inclusivity and making sure that all students, teams, and organizations are embraced by the CTV family.
Job Description
- Decide what Campbell events should go on the event coverage Calendar.
- Make sure that every event is covered.
- Make relevant announcements at the start of each class. Announce events/reminders at least a week out.
- Announce when EC are filled.
- EC Deadline reminders at the start of class.
- Move event coverages that have been aired on CTV to the "Aired" folder.
- Communicate with producer to make sure ECs are included in the show once they are complete.
Social Media Manager (2)
The social media manager must be creative disciplined, a good writer goal oriented and have ability to pay attention to detail. Must have a desire to share and connect with Campbell student via multiple platforms.
- Stick to posting schedule for Instagram and twitter and Facebook.
- Analytics report every 2 weeks. Including goals and insights.
- Post ECs to Youtube and Instagram.
Show-runner (2)
The show producer must be self motivated leader that posses, public speaking, script writing, editing and good communication skills. Creativity to invasion final outcome of the entire show. Must have passion for improving the quality of CTV.
- Create a show rundown
- Host the daily class meetings with status updates from each group.
- Make sure all event coverages are included in the show rundown and select the best 30 seconds of the EC to be aired on CTV.
- Monitor each crew while our filming and editing and report issues to Ms. McIntosh
- Edit Final show.
