About Me
My name is Michelle Bennett. I am invested in the community of Cameron and have a strong love for Yoe Nation. I have experience teaching 3rd grade, 4th grade, 6th Reading, 7th Language Arts, and Reading Invention for junior high school. I have served as a sponsor of Student Council, National Junior Honor Society, as well as, Cheerleading at Yoe High School and Cameron Junior High School. I enjoyed being the Cameron Elementary Counselor for four years. I am excited about being back at Cameron Junior High School as the new counselor.
I received my bachelor's degree from Texas A&M, my master's degree from Concordia University Texas, and my counselor's certification from Inspire Texas.
I have two grown sons. Michael Evan and his wife, Kaley, live in Belton where he is a teacher and she is hair stylist. They have two sons, Rhett and Cove. Bailly Evan and his wife, Kalie live in New Braunfels where he a welder and she is a hospital administrator.
I enjoy working with and helping others. My goal is to help students achieve their academic and personal goals at school.
