Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Next, youβll lie back and immerse yourself in the pure, resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls. The vibrations work on a cellular level to quiet mental chatter and release physical tension.
The Tea Ceremony: Afterward, we will gently transition into a mindful, quiet tea ritual. This is the perfect space to ground yourself after the sound journey, slowly awaken your senses, and enjoy a peaceful moment of connection before the night ends.
πΏ What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a small pillow, and an eye mask if you'd like to be extra comfortable!

Get ready for a summer of games, crafts, sports, and making new friends right in our neighborhood! The City of Edmontonβs Green Shack program is returning to Cameron Heights, and we have all the details you need to plan your summer.
This year, Cameron Heights is an AM site, making it the perfect way to kickstart your summer mornings.
Where: Cameron Heights Park / Playground
Dates: Monday, June 29th β Friday, August 21st (Monday to Friday)
Time: 10:00 AM β 1:00 PM
Itβs Free! No registration is required. Kids can just show up and join the fun.
Ages: Programs are structured for children aged 6β12, but all game-loving kids are welcome. (Please note: Children under 6 must be supervised by a parent or guardian).
What to Pack: Don't forget to send your kiddos with a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and a snack to keep their energy up!
Whether it's cooking up a storm in the sand pit, massive tag games, or creative crafts, our Green Shack leaders can't wait to see you there.

Ever wanted to learn how to knit but didn't know where to start? Join us for a cozy, hands-on 4-week workshop at the Cameron Heights Community League, perfect for absolute beginners!
Under the patient guidance of local instructor Ann Sullivan, who has been teaching beginners for years, you will learn all the foundational building blocks:
How to cast on and cast off
The essential knit and purl stitches
How to confidently read a knitting pattern
By the end of the course, youβll use the mattress stitch to piece together your very own handmade potholder or hand warmers!
