In an emergency:

• Dial 999 for emergency services (ambulance, police, fire, coastguard).

• Call the Porters on 01223332000 (staffed 24/7 unless the duty-porter is already dealing with an emergency elsewhere, in this case leave a message).

• For help in a mental health crisis or emergency, dial 111 and select option 2 to reach the NHS First Response Service for mental health support for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

In non-emergencies:

• To get medical help, dial 111 or visit 111 online (111.nhs.uk), if an emergency dial 999.

• For non-emergency police enquiries, dial 101.

• For confidential support from the MCR, reach out to the Welfare Officers, Pia and Joe. You can also speak to the LGBTQ+ Officer, Enji, regarding issues related to gender and sexuality.

• Get in touch with the College's Head of Wellbeing Anji Lee at wellbeing@fitz.cam.ac.uk. 

• Contact your Tutor, especially if it's an issue that may require supporting documentation from the College, such as deadline extensions or exam adjustments.
