Unit 6: Adding suffixes to v-e words
1. Be ready! Get a piece of paper and a pencil
2. Watch the video and do the practice exercises with Mrs. Bristow
3. The following day, you can practice using the worksheet. Don't forget to scoop our basewords and circle your suffixes!

Look for words with suffixes
Write your words down on a piece of paper - or - if you print out the story, underline the word, circle the suffixes in the story.
Read
Read the story on Monday and read it again on Tuesday.

1. Monday: Answer the multiple choice questions
2. Tuesday: Answer the short answer questions in complete sentences.
