The Foundations of Management (FoM) Program is a professional training program that: develops and enhances general management skills, and prepares individuals to take up supervisory and managerial roles in their current or prospective organizations. Individuals who successfully complete the FoM course of study FoM exam receive a Certificate of achievement from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, a business center of James Madison University, USA.
