Does the student have a Windows laptop?
No--Have your lead or admin designee request one.
Yes--Verify that the Secure Browser Icon is on the computer's desktop.
If the Secure Browser is NOT on the desktop, have the student install it manually:

Check that the Secure Browser starts.
If not, go to Step 3 of the Troubleshooting Steps on the previous page.
Have the Student Log into a Practice Test.
If they can't log in, go to Step 4 of the Troubleshooting Steps on the previous page.

If the student has issues with their SSID, please reach out to your Admin Designee.
