The Human Body

Year 3 at Caedraw Primary School

During the first half of the Spring Term 2017, we have been learning all about the organs of the human body.

We all decided upon an organ that we would like to investigate. We then researched our organs to find out interesting facts, including their function, size and their appearance.

We have done many experiments about the human body, including: learning about the digestive system by making poo, learning about how smoking affects your lungs and how others drug harm your body and the properties of different materials that could be used to protect our brain (represented by an egg).

We visited Techniquest as part of our topic and watched the interactive 'human body' show to learn more about our organs, bones and body.

We have each created our own webpage with facts that we have researched about our chosen organs. Please take a look and learn more about the human body!
