How to apply to Cabrillo
Dual Enrollment students are required to apply for Cabrillo every semester.

Directions for high school students
Applying to Cabrillo College
High school students apply to Cabrillo College through the California Community Colleges application system called CCCApply. The application for Cabrillo is available by clicking the orange Apply/Register button on the Cabrillo homepage. You can also find the application on Cabrillo's Admissions & Records homepage & the Dual Enrollment homepage
Information students should have ready before applying
Full legal name
Date of birth
Social Security number IF they have one. If they do not have one there is an area to indicate that on the application.
When a student is applying for the first time they will need to create a CCCApply account. If they have created an account before they can log in using their email or phone number.

Important
In the education portion of the application, Dual Enrollment students must select "Enrolling in High School or lower grade and college at the same time"
This is what marks you as a dual enrollment student. If you do not select this option you will be classified as a new student and will be charged for any classes you register for.

Directions for K-8th grade students
Students age 13 years and younger
Applying to Cabrillo College for students ages 13 and under
Students age 13 and under must complete the Cabrillo paper application process. Paper applications are available as a PDF below, in printed format at the Admissions and Records department or by emailing webreg@cabrillo.edu.
Application for 13 years of age and younger
After students complete the paper application process they will be issued a Cabrillo student ID number and can then complete the next steps of the Dual Enrollment eForm and registration. Students age 14+ can complete the CCCApply application online.
Directions for Adult ED students
in a ED GED or high school completion program
Adult students in an adult ED/GED/HISET
Adult students in an adult ED/GED/HISET program at an adult school must complete the California Community Colleges Application (CCCApply) for Cabrillo College every semester.
To qualify for dual enrollment students must be enrolled in a GED or high school completion program. We will verify enrollment before approving your dual enrollment forms.
On the CCCApply application students must list their college enrollment status as "Enrolling in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time" to be designated as a dual enrollment student.

FAQ about Applying as a dual enrollment student
I have applied before or attended in a previous semester. Do I still need to apply?
Yes, all Dual Enrollment students must apply every semester regardless of if they have applied before.
How long will it take for Cabrillo to process my application?
Typically it takes 1-2 business days for a student's application to be accepted and processed into the Admissions and Records system. If you do not receive a student ID number within 72 hours of applying please contact the Admissions and Records Department.
What is my Cabrillo student ID number?
Students are issued a Cabrillo student ID number after they apply for the first time. This student ID number is emailed to you from webreg@cabrillo.edu. If you need help locating your student ID number please contact the Admissions and Records Department.
