Shared Education: Leading a Post Primary Partnership

Strangford College and St Columba’s College

Strangford College and St Columba’s College have enjoyed a great partnership since before the beginnings of Shared Education. They are situated on the Ards Peninsula, about 14 miles apart. Their shared work has grown from 5 subject areas to all subject areas and they are committed to ensuring that every child has a positive Shared Education experience in order to prepare them for life beyond education.

Kathleen is a very experienced Shared Education co-ordinator and Jenny, although relatively new to the post at present, is passionate about continuing the ongoing work in the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of Shared Education.
