Observation Instructions

Once you have completed your observation, please fill out the Observation Record using the form below.
The questions have been updated this year, so the supporting resources are included in advance to help guide your thinking. A WAGOLL (What A Good One Looks Like) is also provided to support you in completing the form confidently and consistently.

Please remember:
Everyone should be observed at least once and should observe at least one other colleague.
It is up to each TCN group to organise and schedule these observations in a way that works best for your team.
