Guest Eligibility:

- All Byron students in grades 11-12 who are in good standing can attend prom. If a Byron 10th-grade student is asked to attend prom by an 11th or 12th-grade student as their guest, they may attend.

- A Byron 10th-grade student does not need to fill out the guest form, but does need to be the guest of a 11th or 12th grade student

- Guests from outside of Byron High School need to be 10th grade or above

- Guests may not be 21 years or older on the day of Prom

Guests from out of town will need to fill out the BHS Prom Guest Form

**When purchasing tickets, you will need the following info for YOU and YOUR 10,11th, or 12th grade GUEST**:

1. Out of town guest's full name

2. Grade

3. Guest's Phone #

4. Address

5. Emergency Contact Information and #

6.  School they are From

7. Their Grade

**If your guest has already graduated high school, they must provide**:

1. Name

2. Phone Number

3. Age (cannot be 21 years or older on day of Prom)

4. HS Graduated From

5. Year Graduated
