Amazon PPC Audit Pro (Chrome Extension)
Effective date: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Amazon PPC Audit Pro Chrome extension (“the extension,” “we,” “us”), provided by Byld Commerce, handles information when you use it. The extension is a tool that audits your own Amazon Sponsored Products advertising account from reports you upload, and produces a dashboard, an AI-assisted analysis, inventory forecasting, and exports.
Summary: The extension runs locally in your browser. It does not have its own servers and does not collect, sell, or transfer your data to us or to any third party for our benefit. The only data that leaves your browser is sent directly to services you choose to use (your own AI provider and/or your own Google account), at your direction.
The extension works with the following categories of data, all of which you provide or trigger:
Report data you upload. The Amazon advertising, business, and inventory report files you upload (for example bulk advertising files, Business Reports, FBA inventory reports, and order reports). This data is processed to generate your audit.
Authentication information. If you choose to use AI analysis, the API key for the AI provider you select. If you choose to export to Google Sheets or Google Drive, an OAuth access token for your own Google account. These credentials are used only to authenticate the requests you initiate.
Website content. If you use the optional listing-extractor feature, the extension reads publicly available product listing content (such as title, bullet points, and images) from Amazon product pages you are auditing, and includes it in your audit.
Settings. Your audit configuration, such as thresholds and branding preferences.
The extension does not collect personally identifiable information, health information, financial or payment information, personal communications, location, web browsing history, or general user-activity tracking.
Report data is used solely to generate your on-screen audit, dashboard, forecasts, and exports.
Your AI provider API key is used only to send your audit data to the AI provider you select, in order to generate the root-cause analysis and summary you requested.
Your Google OAuth token is used only to create or update spreadsheets in your own Google Sheets / Google Drive when you choose to export.
Amazon listing content is used only to enrich your audit with listing details.
Settings are used to remember your preferences between sessions.
Your uploaded reports, generated audit results, settings, and credentials are stored locally on your device using Chrome’s extension storage. This data stays in your browser. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this data, and we do not have access to it.
You can remove this data at any time by clearing the extension’s data or by uninstalling the extension.
The extension does not share your data with any third party for our purposes. Data leaves your browser only in the following cases, each of which you initiate, and only to the destination shown:
AI provider (only if you enable AI analysis): OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or Google Gemini — whichever you select. Your audit data is sent directly to that provider using your own API key, to generate the requested analysis. Your use of that provider is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.
Google (only if you export to Google Sheets / Drive): Requests are sent to Google’s APIs to create or update spreadsheets in your own Google account.
Amazon (only if you use the listing extractor): The extension requests public Amazon product pages to read listing content.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, we do not use or transfer it for purposes unrelated to the extension’s single purpose, and we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
When you connect a Google account for exporting, the extension requests only the access needed to create and manage the files it creates on your behalf (the drive.file and spreadsheets scopes). The extension does not read other files in your Google Drive. The Google OAuth token is held only for the duration needed to complete your export and is not transmitted to us.
Data stored locally remains until you clear it or uninstall the extension.
We do not retain copies of your data, because it is not transmitted to us.
Data you send to your AI provider or to Google is retained according to their policies; please review them.
Because your data is processed locally and credentials are stored in Chrome’s extension storage on your own device, the security of that data depends on the security of your device and browser. Requests to AI providers and Google are made over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
The extension is a professional advertising-analysis tool intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and posting the revised policy at the same URL.
