Amazon PPC Audit Pro audits your Amazon Sponsored Products account from the report files you upload (bulk file, business report, search-term report, and optionally order and FBA inventory reports). It produces a multi-tab dashboard, an AI root-cause analysis and prioritized action plan, inventory forecasting, and one-click export to Excel, Google Sheets, or a client-ready report.
Open the side panel from the extension icon.
Upload your Amazon reports:
Required: bulk file, business report, purchased-product report, search-term impression-share report, campaign report.
Optional (for more analysis): order report, SP hourly report, FBA inventory report, and the Business Report with "(Parent) ASIN" columns for parent/child grouping.
Click Run Audit and explore the dashboard tabs.
Optionally run AI Analysis for a narrative summary, root-cause analysis, action plan, and detailed summary.
Export to Excel, Google Sheets, or a Word/PDF report.
Do I need an API key?
Only for the optional AI Analysis feature. You bring your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or Google). It is stored locally in your browser and sent only to the provider you choose. The entire audit and all exports work without any key.
AI Analysis times out or fails.
Make sure your API key is entered and your plan has access to the model you selected. Larger models can be slow on big accounts — try a faster model (for example, gpt-4o-mini) for a quicker run. Transient provider errors are retried automatically; if it persists, wait a minute and run again.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
All report data is processed locally in your browser and stored only on your device. We never receive it. Data leaves your browser only when you explicitly run AI Analysis (to your chosen provider) or export to Google Sheets (to your own account). See our Privacy Policy: [YOUR-PRIVACY-POLICY-URL]
Export to Google Sheets isn't working.
When prompted, sign in with the Google account where you want the sheet created and approve access. The extension creates a new spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. If sign-in fails, try removing and re-granting access, then export again.
A number looks wrong (for example sales velocity or an inventory total).
Velocity and reorder figures depend on the order and FBA inventory reports you upload — make sure they cover a recent, representative period. Reserved units (FC-processing, pending orders) appear in the "Total" column but do not affect velocity by design. If something still looks off, email us the tab name and the ASIN and we'll investigate.
Some ASINs or parent ASINs aren't showing.
Parent/child grouping requires a Business Report that contains the "(Parent) ASIN" / "(Child) ASIN" columns. Order reports and the FBA inventory CSV do not carry that relationship. Upload the Business Report alongside your other files and re-run the audit.
The extension can't read an Amazon listing page.
The optional listing-indexing check opens an Amazon product page in the background. If Amazon shows a CAPTCHA or robot check, open that product page in a normal browser tab, solve it once, then retry.
