Stooks Haunts at her haunt attraction

Stooks acts as a deranged nurse with a hook, slicing and dicing at Haunted Hoorah

It's Halloween and you need a haunted house to scream your way through with your friends. The Haunted Hoorah located at 311 Rose Ave, Marion, OH is a top-rated scary haunt attraction and it's owned and operated by BWHS's very own Mrs. Stooksbury.

Together with her husband, Stooks even works the spooky experience. This year she is a nurse. "I have a hook on my hand," said explained with a grin.

The attraction is on a 15,000 square foot, ten acre facility that is roughly a 30-40 min drive from Sunbury, making the setting perfectly ominous and isolated.

Stooks explained, "You become part of the story," and added, "Don't worry, there's no touching."

The website describes it as "a unique, interactive, Military/Sci-fi themed haunted attraction." Zombies, super soldiers, crazed butchering doctors and nurses- this is just a sampling of sweet faces you will encounter as you are cast into the story. You might also encounter some BWHS students working there, in costume of course!

This is no amateur haunted house. This is a 10/10 scare-factor experience that comes highly reviewed on haunted attraction websites.

With reviews noting the venue as "the most intense haunt they have ever been on" and praise for their "unique story line maintained from start to finish," it's clear that this should be the haunted attraction you spring for this scream season.

The Haunted Hoorah is open every Friday and Saturday from 8pm-midnight until November 5.

General admission tickets will run you $25 and $45 for fast pass admission.

Tickets can be purchased in advance, online at hauntedhoorah.com.
