PTO Meetings
PTO Meetings
PTO meetings are open to all BWES parents and caregivers. Join us to hear updates, hear what’s happening across the PTO, and ways you can get involved.
Regular PTO Meetings: Third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM
Attend: In person in the BWES Library or virtually via Google Meet. Meeting links are available in the PTO Google Calendar below.
School Supplies
School Supplies
Each year PTO purchases school supplies for all BWES students, making back-to-school preparation easier for families and ensuring classrooms start the year with the supplies they need.
School Supply Payment: $13 per student
Please submit payment by September 25th
Families may also make an optional additional contribution to help support the school supply program. Confidential assistance is also available for families who need it.
Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat
Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat
Join us Friday, October 30th, from 5:30–7:00 PM for family fun!
Food and games run from 5:30–6:30 PM, followed by Trunk or Treat from 6:30–7:00 PM.
Host a trunk, volunteer, donate candy, or contribute toward candy purchases.
Whole-pizza preorders are due October 28th.
Election Day Bake Sale

Support a beloved BWES tradition on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 6:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Stop by for treats and help support the PTO.
Donate baked goods, volunteer at the table, or make a monetary donation by October 30th to help us prepare.
