WELCOME
About me:(She/Her/Hers)
I have been teaching Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS) since 2007. I have a Bachelors of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher Education from CSU. Go Rams! I also have my Masters of Education from the University of Phoenix in Curriculum and Instruction. I am passionate about teaching FCS because of the real-world application. I have an Instagram account about FCS education, follow me at @StoversFACSofLife to peek inside the classroom.
I am a proud Broomfield community member. Like many faculty members, I was raised in Broomfield and graduated from Broomfield High School. Broomfield is where I choose to raise my own family. The close-knit community and traditions are things that I value for my children.
I work hard to build a comfortable flexible space to meet students where they all are. This list contains many “fun” fidgets, toys, and decor to support students and learning throughout the day as well as replenish basic supplies needed for our hands-on activities. Thanks for your consideration!
