NORMS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS
Attendance will be tracked based on participation in live engagement sessions, completion of assignments and tasks, and communication with teachers. We also ask that students log into Schoology at least once a day to make sure they have everything they need to learn from home. The daily opportunities for students to participate in live engagement sessions will take place through Google Meets (a link students will find in their Schoology courses). Attendance in live learning sessions in Google Meets is vital for student success. Every effort should be made to attend these sessions.
Time Management - Please utilize the resources your teachers provide you such as daily agendas. Create a list of tasks that you need to complete for each class each day, and budget your time wisely. If you need help, email your teacher. Teachers will do their absolute best to accommodate student needs/questions through online meetings.
Online Dress Code - When you are visible to other people via the camera on your device, please be sure to wear school appropriate clothing from head to toe.
Student Engagement - Students are expected to engage in course work for each one of their courses being offered through CEMS online.
Appropriate Use of Technology rules apply. *Don’t forget to MUTE yourself in Google Meets!
