Dear High School Families,
At BVCS, college and career preparation is only part of the story. Our greater mission is to nurture and equip students to impact the world for Christ as strong spiritual and intellectual citizens. This year’s academic growth data continues to reflect a strong instructional foundation across our school, while also helping us refine and strengthen areas of focus as students engage in increasingly rigorous coursework. Beyond academics, we are proud of the ways our students continue to grow as leaders, thinkers, servants, athletes, artists, and disciples of Christ. We remain committed to preparing students not only for success after graduation, but for lives of purpose, faith, and influence in the world around them.
As another school year comes to a close, we are thankful for the many ways God has worked in the lives of our high school students this year. From academics and spiritual growth to athletics, fine arts, leadership opportunities, and milestone moments, it has been a joy to watch students continue preparing for the next steps God has for them. We are grateful for the partnership and trust of our families and for the incredible community that surrounds our students. Congratulations to all of our students for finishing the year strong! We pray your summer is filled with rest and renewal as we look ahead with anticipation to the coming school year.
In His service,
Cindy Alavezos
High School Principal
