INITIATE REGISTRATION
Step 1:
Request Registration Forms 26-27
(Please complete the Google Form; we will email the documents for you to complete, sign, and submit online. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your SPAM folder.)
NOTES: All Residency documents are needed at the time of the registration appointment.
Your license must be current and prove residency within the Burrell School District. The address must match other residency documents.
Step 2:
Gather Necessary Documents
Provide documents in any of the ways listed below:
>Email copies to epruitt@burrell.k12.pa.us, OR
> Bring paper copies when we meet, OR
>Upload Documents (**Gmail account required**)
Step 3:
Complete Health Forms Online
Student immunization records must be on file before your child starts school.
Step 4:
Online Scheduling For Registration Appointment
