What is your favorite hobby?

Every day after school, I move three things around in Mr. Rossi's room. I have been doing this for 6 years. He has never noticed, but I am committed.

Why do you sponsor Interact?

I love getting to see the kids connect with the people around them. With Interact, I want kids to find a level of comfort and take ownership in the community: to be proud of who they are and where they are from.

What is your favorite BHS memory?

I used to keep track of how many times a year I would trip and fall in the halls. My all-time high is 17 times in one year. 

What life lessons or other helpful advice do you try to teach your students?

Never listen to the advice you find in a high school newspaper article. 

What is an interesting fact about you?

I once broke my wrist playing a tambourine. Go hard or go home.

Why did you become a teacher?

I’ve always wanted to be the smartest person in a room. Sadly, I have yet for that to happen.
