Senior Week

Seniors participate in Senior Week ending with traditional Halloween extravaganza

Senior week is an exciting activity for all the Seniors at Burrell high school. They get to dress up and all eyes will be on them for the day to see what exciting theme they are following. On the first day of Senior week, Monday, all of the Seniors decided to stay comfortable by showing up to school in their PJs for lazy day. The laziest of them all took off school for the day and stayed home. On Tuesday the seniors seemed to have disappeared and were nowhere to be found almost like they were camouflaged. On Wednesday the Seniors seemed to have misplaced their backpacks because they all showed up with anything but a backpack. On Thursday the seniors decided to show support for their favorite colleges by wearing their school logo shirts. On the last day of Senior week, Friday, all the seniors got to wear their Halloween costumes, many people showed up with group costumes, couples, and some people decided to do their own thing. Days like these are important because it shows our support and appreciation for the Seniors who will be graduating this year. Senior week is traditionally held toward the end of the first nine weeks the week of Halloween.
