Seton Hill is alive with the sound of music from Burrell
Burrell Choir Director Mrs. Williams escorted about thirty students from the Concert Choir to Seton Hill University for a MasterClass field trip on October 28. Mrs. Williams prepared three pieces with the students prior to the workshop. Then, each voice part was separated into sections to practice their parts of the song and hone their skills with a music student from Seton Hill. The choir reconvened and filled the Seton Hill auditorium with glorious harmonies for Dr. Boyle, head of the university's Music Department. Seniors Emily Marchlewski, Alyssa Logut, and Annika Piotrowski thought very highly of Dr. Boyle, saying that "Dr. Boyle is the musical doppelganger of Mr. Boswell, meaning he was the nicest, sweetest guy ever." The students headed home with newfound knowledge on how to improve their art and stage presence, and everyone had a blast.
