Storytime with Mrs. Claus
BHS’s Interact Club held an event at Knead Cafe on December 10th. Kids from New Kensington gathered around the stage to listen to Mrs. Claus tell her story, watch a Christmas movie, and have some milk and cookies. Interact members helped the kids up to the stage to get their picture taken and served parents and kids their snacks, cookies, and drinks. When asked what her favorite part of the event was, Sophomore Sabrina Hoover said “My favorite part of the event was serving cookies and milk to the little kids.” Freshman Jordon Kemp responded to the same question by saying “My favorite part of the Story Time with Mrs. Claus was seeing the children get into the Christmas spirit and having fun.”
