This year at Burrell High School, the seniors in Mrs. Prather’s Government & Economics classes started an entrepreneurship project-based learning course sponsored by JV Manufacturing. The objective of this project is to envision, design, and successfully maintain an online student store for the benefit of the school and local community, using skills with business, manufacturing, engineering, and communication. Using the three-step process: launch, build, and develop, students plan to give back to the Burrell community as entrepreneurs.
